We want to be sure you get the quality product that is right for you and quality service to go along with it. Below is our return policy to help with any situation that may occure. Before returning any items you must call 1-888-651-3431 from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and obtain a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. There are several different return processing locations around the country that your product may need to be returned to so please call for the proper shipping address for returning your product. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restock fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition. There are no returns on custom ramps or modular wheelchair ramp systems. In order to keep bringing these products to you at our guaranteed lowest prices, these return fee's are necessary to cover the time and cost of repackaging the product for future shipment. We will assist our customers in working with manufacturers for any manufacturer warranty claims for our products. |
